Deposits and Cancellation Policy
As of 07/08/2024 Luke Gregory Hair will be taking 30% deposits for all services.
Your deposit will be taken off the service price at point of sale on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable if appointment is cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours or less prior to appointment starting time.
This is not negotiable and will be in practice from now on. Deposits can be paid over the phone or in person at the salon.
Extension Deposits – between $250.00 - $900.00 Depending on service *
*Extension Deposits are non refundable once hair has been ordered
Policy Regarding Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations:
In the event of a missed appointment or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, a fee ranging from $30 to $150 will be applied, based on the scheduled service and allocated time.
An invoice for this fee will be promptly dispatched to you via text or email, facilitating secure online payment through our designated portal. If you have paid a deposit, your fee will be the deposit which you will forfeit.
Kindly be advised that scheduling further appointments will be deferred until the outstanding fee is settled, along with the submission of a deposit for your upcoming appointment.
Please Note: If you are cancelling or rescheduling more than 24 hours prior to your appointment, we do offer to carry over your deposit to the new appointment time to secure the spot.
